2019 Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival
including the Holiday Street Light Canopy and Holiday Market

The Inner West Street Association and the Annapolis Arts District have joined forces to bring you the popular 5th annual Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival to downtown Annapolis for the holidays. On Sunday December 8th from 12pm to 5pm on the first block of West Street will be the Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival, featuring family friendly entertainment, chocolate, holiday shopping and the lighting of the festive West Street Holiday Light Canopy.
Start off the December holiday season with some fun and indulge your sweet tooth at the annual Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival, to benefit the Annapolis Arts District. The grounds of the festival have been expanded and the day is loaded with family friendly fun. There is a giant gingerbread house moon bounce for the kids, you can roast marshmallows and make s'mores at the fire pit in the middle of West Street with the Annapolis Fire Department and enjoy Hot Cocoa with the Popo.
Take a chocolate tour along West Street with over 40 chocolate vendors selling various chocolate specialties, including chocolate truffles, caramels, bars, fudge, cookies, cakes, martinis, French macaroons, cupcakes, pies, brownies and more.
You can also complete your holiday shopping at our holiday market at the Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival featuring local artisans with a wide range of handmade items including jewelry, pottery, candles, wood turnings, ornaments, clothing and more.
The live music and entertainment starts off at 12pm and ends at 5pm as the West Street Holiday Light Canopy lights up. Make sure you have your camera ready for this magical moment.
Admission is just a $5 suggested donation. Money raised from the festival will support the Annapolis Arts District. People making a donation will get a complimentary hot chocolate from the Cocoa with the PoPo (while supplies last). This event is not pet friendly as chocolate is not safe for pets. This event is expected to sell out, get your tickets online today. If the event does not sell out in advance a very limited number of tickets will be sold at the event for $5 (cash only). Priority entry will be given to advance ticket holders.
Plenty of easy parking is nearby on Calvert Street at Whitmore Parking Garage, Gotts Court Parking Garage, 60 West Street and the State Parking Garage. Additional parking on West Street at the Knighton, Amos Garrett and Park Place Parking Garages. West Street parking garages offer a free circulator shuttle to and from the festival that runs every 20 minutes from every parking garage mentioned.
